There are currently more than 2.3 million people with diabetes in the UK and there are over half a million people with diabetes who have the condition and don’t know it.
Delegates are introduced to medical, social, psychological and educational aspects of the condition and learn about its diagnosis, complications, treatment, lifestyle changes and the role of individuals within the diabetes 'team'.
